By accessing and using Storifyx (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Storifyx provides a multi-store e-commerce platform that allows users to create, manage, and operate multiple online stores from a single dashboard. The service includes hosting, payment processing integration, and related e-commerce tools.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

You retain ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. The Storifyx name, logo, and all related marks are our property.

7. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability, with reasonable notice when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storifyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data for 30 days after termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
